ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTER

Next month we will begin our trial period of sending out the newsletter electronically.  There is now three lists posted outside the office; one for those who will receive the newsletter by email, one for those who will receive the newsletter by mail, and one list of those being evaluated to be taken off of our mailing list.  Please check all three lists.  First make sure your name is on the appropriate list, whether you want the newsletter via email or post mail and that your address is correct.  Second, see if you know any one on the third list and if they wish to continue to receive the newsletter and correct any errors as appropriate.

         Remember, everyone will receive the newsletter by post mail during the trial period.  The office will not stop sending the newsletter through the bulk mail until it is known that the new system will work.  You will be notified when the last bulk mail mailing to everyone will be sent before it happens.

Several of you have contacted the office with your email and mailing addresses, but there are still many who have not responded.  Please continue to send your information to the office by phone 330-923-2442, or email Office@grandviewumc.com
